The decision by Florida lawmakers to not renew solar incentive funding will hurt business and is forcing the layoffs, said Greta Carter, CEO of the solar system seller and installer.
“The interest level was really high and we have about $8 million worth of proposals out there,” Carter said. “Potentially, a lot are going to draw back because of the loss of the rebates.”"
